News
  • For the news that are demanded to be published in our magazines, the press invitation has to be made at least in 3 days before the event.
  • It must be known that the news content of press releases sent by sector companies or PR firms will be redacted in every cases by our editorial department (in terms of content-spelling rules- actuality).
  • For the news, WH questions rule is valid. The questions: Who? What? Where? When? How? Why? have to be replied within the news text.
  • The message that the news involve has to be up-to-date.
  • The news content should not cause to any discussion, which will bring the right of reply to third parties.
  • All the correspondences about the news demanded to be published in our magazines, has to be made through the e-mail addresses owned by the magazines’.
  • The news have to be written in one side of A4 paper, in a single column with 1,5 row range.
  • For the news where the photo can be used, regarding the news at least one photo has to be presented. The news that being send electronically, also has to be suitable with this format. At least one photo has to take place with high resolution (304 dpi).
  • The title of the news can not be long.
  • The news will not be sent to the source of the news after redaction for the control before publishing.
  • The text and the visual material sent for the news will not be sent back.
Opinion, Impression, Comment Writings
  • The opinion/comment writings, event impression scripts in the subjects that are related to the industries of the magazines, can take place in our magazines after being evaluated by our editorial department.
  • The script to be sent should not be published in or sent to another media organ.
  • All the correspondences about the news demanded to be published in our magazines has to be made through the e-mail addresses owned by the magazines’.
  • The scripts have to be written in one side of A4 paper, in a single column with 1,5 row range.
Product Presentations
  • The product presentations assessed by our editor can be published in our magazines.
  • The product presentations should not cause to any discussion, which will bring the right of reply to third parties or product/brand comparisons.
  • It must be known that the product presentations sent by sector companies or PR firms will be redacted in every cases by our editorial department (in terms of content-spelling rules- actuality).
  • All the correspondences about product presentations demanded to be published in our magazines has to be made through the e-mail addresses owned by our magazines’.
  • The scripts have to be written in one side of A4 paper, in a single column with 1,5 row range.
  • At least one photo regarding the product presented has to be sent. The product presentations being send electronically, also has to be suitable with this format. At least one photo has to take place with high resolution (304 dpi).
  • The title of the script, the names of the writers, the company’s address (where they work) and e-mail addresses have to be mentioned at the top of the script.
  • A title and a sequence number have to be given to each chart and diagram. Titles have to take place above the charts and below the diagrams.
  • The product presentations will not be sent to the source of the news after the arrangement by our editors for the control before publishing.
  • The text and the visual material sent for the news will not be sent back.
Scientific and Technical Articles
  • The scientific and technical articles that will be published in our magazines, should not be published in commercial publications before.
  • The type of the writing (one of the types indicated above) has to be mentioned by its writer. However the editor’s right to change the type is reserved in accordance with referees’ views.
  • The scripts assessed by referees are published in our magazines after the approval.
  • In accordance with referees’ views, if any correction is needed, it will be informed to the writers by editors. These writings can be published after being corrected by their writers.
  • All the correspondences about product presentations demanded to be published in our magazines has to be made through the e-mail addresses owned by our magazines’.
  • The scripts have to be written in one side of A4 paper, in a single column with 1,5 row range.
  • The writings being send electronically, also has to be suitable with this format.
  • The title of the script, the names of the writers, the company’s address (where they work) and e-mail addresses have to be mentioned at the top of the script.
  • The title of the writing has to be followed by the “summary in Turkish” (not longer than 100 words) and “Abstract in English” parts in italic font.
  • After the summary, minimum three, maximum five keywords have to be added. Same rule is valid after abstract.
  • For the scientific and technical scripts, introduction and conclusion parts have to be presented.
  • The sources that are referred have to be mentioned under the title of “sources” in an order of passing within the script.
  • Reference within the writing has to be in the form: [1]. For instance;
